KILO - INTERACTIVE STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS TOOL Department of Continuum Mechanics, Theory of Structures and Geotechnical Engineering Director: Enrique de Justo Moscardó First public release of the Interactive Analysis Tool for Structures Teaching, unedr development by the Department of Continuum Mechanics and Structures I chair, at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Seville. This tool's aim is to help in the teaching of theory of structures, and specially, for the most basic concepts involving statics and strength of materials, making the best of the interactivity and real-time interaction allowed by modern programming languages, Processing being the case. Here we present a collection of simple cases, each one designed and built with specific educational purposes, useful to be used on lectures simultaneously by teachers and students. Also, we also provide the complete application, unlimited and with all its possibilities unlocked, in order to evaluate its utility, test new particular cases and suggest improvements and new features.
